My name is Allyson (AL). I have over ten years of experience in the waxing industry. I received my A.S. in Paramedical Skin Care. I was drawn to waxing, because it is a service that can help everyone. My clients are male, female and members of the LBGTQ+ community. I love what I do so much, when my clients come to me, it makes them feel amazing! It brings me such joy to help people and educate them in the art of waxing. I utilize Mermaid Wax which is a hard wax that is vegan and hypoallergenic. It is perfect for both coarse and fine hair. The hard wax shrink wraps to the hair! Cancellation Policy

Your time is important to me. I schedule your appointments based on the services you request and ask that if the need to cancel or reschedule any appointment arises, you please provide at least 24hours’ notice. This protects my time and allows me to offer that time to other guests. Of course, I understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the services scheduled. In the event of a same day cancellation or cancellation with no notice, a charge in the full amount of the services scheduled will apply. In order to support this cancellation policy, I require a credit card on file to finalize your appointment. Credit card information is stored securely in Gloss. The card is not charged unless the Cancellation Policy has been violated. I may require a deposit at booking. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation as outlined above. I reserve the right to refuse to schedule any appointment or perform any service for any reason. The automated system is set up to send reminder texts and/or emails 3 days and 1 day before your appointment. If you are not receiving these reminders and would like to, please let me know. These reminders are a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. You are always welcome to reach out to me with any questions.
